Plan 9 Remake
“Plan 9 From Outer Space” was the worst movie ever made, so why bother making a remake? By the looks of this trailer, to make it awesome!
It looks as though “Plan 9 From Outer Space” is about to get the “Day of the Dead” treatment by getting its own up-to-date remake.
Regardless of what you think of modern day movie remakes, I suggest just watching this trailer with an open mind and prepare for the awesome! I’ve argued previously that “Plan 9” has a brilliant story which was poorly told by Ed Wood Jr.’s inept film-making. Maybe the remake is actually due in Plan 9’s case.
The original “Plan 9″ was a zombie movie before the genre existed. Maybe now the story can conform to the conventions of this staple of bad movie genres.
